Self Isolation in the Garage - Post Your Car Projects
Clutch time! In all fairness to my clutch, I had a rear main seal leak for a year or so. The pressure plate was a little oily. Clutch wasn't terrible, just a light slip at low RPM under acceleration in 5th gear. What was done: Clutch Pressure plate Throwout bearing Resurfaced flywheel Oil pan gasket...

I’m sure some members here follow Cletus McFarland (Garett) on YouTube, new owner of the Desoto Speedway. He just completed an asphalt and concrete renovation to host a number of events for his channel. He primarily will use the concrete pad for burnout completions and the oval for drifting, but ha...

You really don't want to see what I will come up with for next season. A two holer. Had to check with the Urban Dictionary :) two-holer An outhouse that has two seats (holes), allowing two people to move their bowels at the same time. Common in the days before indoor plumbing when toilet paper was ...

These are the discussions that should've happened last month regarding rule changes... No discussion necessary. M0 is exactly where the Kart belongs. Just because a group of people in M2 and M1 cars decided to run M0 doesn't mean we need to change any rules just because they might not win a class t...

Sorry we can't make hot August events that are far away in the morning. So what's with MO (SS, AS) on street tires? Can I buy a shifter cart and run MO now on 140 lawn mower tires? I'll wear closed toed shoes and so will my guest. FTD is a piece of cake now it seems!![/ I’m starting to like Phillip...

And for those wondering, my car is carbureted so the sputter is fuel slosh from the bowls. It floods itself under hard turns. May need fuel injection! Contact the carb engineering on that. I was able to get a proper float height setting to correct that and an accurate psi fuel input setting if you ...

Great event, and good opportunities to not only spectate but get some much needed shade. The site also seems to allow for quite a bit of flexibility/configuration. I’m sure we’ll see some variety to allow for a stationary grid and good course designs. As for my driving, I wasn’t expecting much as I’...
