The main difference I see is the slaloms. I did a halfway decent job of backsiding the cones on my best run, but there's still room for improvement. Here's the video of my last run. Last two runs I shifted down to first on the turn around which helped the car pull out of the corner faster. Last 2 runs were about 0.5 seconds quicker with the downshift compared to the other runs when I kept it in 2nd. Gearing in the car is kinda tall with these ...
