Unless someone can offer an accurate count, I'd say just pretend we have nothing. We need supplies for 2 days, anyway, so if you were to get 10 cases of water and 10 cases of soda, that would certainly get us through Saturday and maybe Sunday too, which if not we can just restock Sunday morning at Walmart.

And, if you wouldn't mind (saving me the trouble), the new bullhorn needs C batteries - 8 of 'em.

As for paper plates, paper towels and that, I have no idea, but again they don't go bad so it couldn't hurt to grab a few of them too.

Anybody feel free to pipe up with actual numbers if you got 'em.

Scratch that. I had some laying around the house. (no idea why) And as little as we use the bullhorn, they'll probably outlast it.

I think Joe Baker took inventory at the end of the last event.

Just realized that I posted this in the wrong thread. Reposting here just in case:

Okay, at long last, the student info has been emailed out!

If you're a student and didn't get it (or a volunteer that didn't get it, and you want a copy), be sure to check your spam filter, as the email was addressed to Steve with you as a BCC... that plus all of the attachments could trigger a spam filter. But, if you didn't get it, send me an email (address in sig below) and I'll send it to you personally.

I don't think I received your pm but you probably just need my email address right?

[...]

Excuse the spaces, I am trying to save myself from the spambots.

Edit - I got the emails. Thanks

Sorry, didn't get around to answering that email last night. You can find the address here:
http://wedrivefast.com/AboutOurEvents/E" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ... fault.aspx

The school will be at our SPC location.

I apologize for not coming to Fast events anymore. My other half allows me a limited amount of weekends to play! So, I'm "only" racing LeMons and Chumpcar, and fixing and preparing the car...
It all started at this school 2 years ago! Thanks again!
This weekend, I will be racing "The Rock" in NC.
But I sent you a new student, Robert A.
I know he'll be in good hands, just watch out for his quiet British sense of humor.
Have fun, and wish us not to "taste" any Nascar walls!

Okay, I have the trailer at my house hooked up and ready to roll at "0-dark-hundred" hours for the trip to SPC.

Me and Johnny will be there before 7AM.

I'm shooting for 6:45, but my aim has known to be a bit off.

I'm putting the timing gear in the car tonight, just to be safe. I don't think my wife would enjoy having to run that stuff down to SPC from New Port Richey at 7:00am.

Hey, Ron, if I email you the registration files for Saturday and Sunday, would you have time to load them on the computer tonight? If not, I'll put 'em on a USB stick and bring them in the morning.

Hey, isn't the first time co-chair supposed to bring coffee and donuts (power rings) for the instructors/workers? I thought we started that tradition last year.

Loren, I already have the files for tomorrow and Sunday on the laptop. I pulled them down wednesday night. We should be good, but if you want to throw a set on a thumb drive just to be sure that's cool.

Ed, I thought I heard the same rumor.

Daaaamn. You're even more on top of it than I thought!

Mr. Co-chair, if you wanna pick up donuts, I'll split the cost with you.
