Loren: I'll be up there both days and could tow if there is no one else to do it. Let me know.Loren wrote:Hey, Ed. I just noticed you're not registered for this weekend. What's up with that?buddy bodean wrote:I'll tow the bitch.
You still in for trailer tow? If so, Friday night drop-off?
Thanks, Jim. Holding for response from Ed. If he doesn't want to do it, I'll get with you.islandmon wrote:Loren: I'll be up there both days and could tow if there is no one else to do it. Let me know.
Makes sense to me. Sometimes you need more than 5 stations at brooksville, but you don't necessarily need more captains.Loren wrote:Yeah, that is the idea. Sometimes it is hard to come up with more than 5 qualified corner captains.
If you aren't listed as a novice, and I at least recognize your name, I will usually consider you qualified for corner captain duty in a pinch. The longer you have been around, the more likely you are to be selected as a captain.jesup16 wrote:You can mark me down for 'corner capt' if need be. Don't know if I have enough events under my belt to be labeled as Captain

Really looking forward to this weekend and seeing the differences between the two venues. The "long" runway layout looks as if it could carry considerably more speed than the SPC layout.
