Autocross is exactly the same. Find the smoothest and most efficient line and carry as much speed as you can through the course.

I figured I'd start by dumping the clutch off the line, turning tires into smoke, and then hitting some cones.

Okay, gang, my co-driver isn't going to this event, so I need to make plans to get a tow-vehicle to the event to move the trailer at 6:30am.

There are many solutions to this problem. The easiest and probably most fun would be for me to just drive my truck and whore a drive with someone in a reasonably competitive S2 car. Anybody in S2 up for that?
