Even though I feel like that course favored a little more power than I brought, I certainly can't complain. It's the first tbd event I didn't suck at. Great fun layed back event. Thankfully I was able to make it out with ftd (street tire) and the championship. Thanks everyone for a smooth enjoyable event!

Yep, I'm the only one who took runs in the FoRS. I thought it might finish 3-5th place or so.. Ended up running little better then that, barely getting clipped for the win by Joe by .017. And that win jumps Joe up to 3rd place overall in M2 for the season.

And to that point about cars, I was going to borrow a BRZ and run, but I figured the FoRS was slower so it didn't matter( I think at TBd, with the challenging surface they are probally about even) . Thanks to M2 guys for letting me finish the season in M2!

Freaking Drew did get a ride, so maybe he can comment on what he thought. Full video and data pending.

 when I say I need more power I really just mean torque and horsepower below 6000 rpm, the peak horsepower is fine. That's my own damn fault for buying a honda though!

You're not grasping the concept here. When you LOSE, you make excuses. When you WIN, you make trash talk!

Your car was obviously perfect for this course.

Big thanks to my spotters for this event and all season. I couldn't have taken and posted over 9,700+ photos this season without you guys and girls willing to stand around in a field or parking lot watching cars go by for hours.

Nope -- still don't think so. Some interesting differences between us, though. You held first far longer than I did -- I was in second before reaching the second corner. (I have to stop short-shifting....) And if you braked anywhere in the back turn, it didn't disturb the car -- in fact, I think you braked less through the right-hander into the slalom than you think you did. Other than the extreme lean, and some corrections in the back loop, you were smoother than usual, too (what's up with that?!) Nice run. Don't think it'll be a walkover next season, though! ;)
I was actually trying to be smoother, glad it shows :D. *Almost* every time we run at TBD I get my butt kicked by someone driving smooth ( normally you :bangwall: ). I made a point to not make that mistake ( better late than never ).

Great time as always. Looking forward to more events next season now that I have dedicated wheels/tires.

Definitely learned that I need to pay more attention to my tire pressures at this event. My first two runs were garbage because I had way too little pressure left and had to scramble to refill so this left me all scatterbrained. Had to settle for second by a lovely margin of 0.045 seconds. Doh! I know to be better prepared for next time!!

Fun Runs are total bull shit in standings and results. They shouldn't be included in the final results. Give them a t shirt for "Fryed Nads". Then I will run in that class and win.
