Joe is going to be busy, I'll be there tomorrow. Nothing like retirement.

So...6 is the new 8, 4 is the new 6, and 3 is the new 4! When will the i8 start showing up with Mirages and Insights (and maybe a Fiesta or Mini...or two)...

I've got some competition in my new class!

Soraya is going to be there, and she's always trouble. Mike "No Lift" Redmond is back with his electrified Honda, he'll catch you when you're not paying attention. Sara's got a new clutch, so she'll surely be faster. And I bet Bill & Steve have a new set of tires on the VW... which makes it a wildcard, as well.

I'm ready. Bring it. 8-)
lol you'll smoke everybody

Looking at the turnout I'd swear it is points season opener :headscratch:

Fortunately for M4 Mike leaves in April so never ends up in contention for a T Shirt.

Unfortunately for M4 Loren was virtually tied with Soraya when his car was S legal and hopping mad. :whip:

Happily for S their degraded open diff Miatae will once again be Class competitive :thumbwink:

Hope Joe finally got some real tires - he'll need them as GT3 is back in S0.

Matt + Randy - seriously you know better than to do an upgrade/repair the week of the event. It will always bite you.

Les already reminds me that I'm not a smart man... In all honesty though I'm most of the way done with the install already I just had to wait for the paint to dry cuz I had to do some touch-up on the arms they got scratched during shipping.Image

A month is way too long to not race something. Kids took me to race them in MA for my birthday. That is a cardio workout leaving one without breathe in the middle of the second heat.

Fun but brutal on upper body. Been there, done that, got a t shirt. Just like in any real racing the cart itself has a lot to do with your fastest speed. IROC.

I was happy with 11th fastest run for the week against youngsters plus beating the kids on first heat at least. :o

You are supposed to take the fenders off of every car you buy. Everybody knows that!

Novice move, I know... ;-) All the emissions garbage on the passenger side made the brace install on that side very annoying BTW.

The car is back together and just needs the good tires swapped onto the back. Enjoying the day at Disney with the family, see you all tomorrow!

Loren Williams - Loren @ Invisiblesun.org
The "Push Harder, Suck Less" philosophy explained:
Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.
