You are correct!! Saturday and Monday are his "official" days off. However, like a lawyer who sees an ambulance, he would not miss a chance to give a blessing.

Something in the transmission chipped off. Was driving in stop and go traffic and heard a metal clank. Pulled plug and there was a chunk of metal and small fragments on the magnet plug. So shipping the transmission out to do a rebuild. Also sending transfercase/rear diff off as well since it's the best time to do it since car is out of commision.

Only about 10 entries left in the Late Session.

And I've already gotten one email today, "Oh, I didn't know the Early Session would sell out so soon." I do love optimistic people. But, here's where you should be pessimistic. The event is going to sell out. Whichever session YOU wanted in is going to sell out first! And it's going to do it within the first 3 days of registration! (don't think it can't happen... it can, and it does)

If you're not subscribed to Event Reminders, you should be. That's ground zero for event registration. They're the first people to get notified when even registration opens. Then, usually a couple days later, this forum. And then eventually, if I feel like we need the exposure, it goes to Facebook.

Lol geez, never seen an event sell out so fast. Like you said, luckily rain season is over. I'll use the advantage of extra grip in the afternoon if nobody wants to give up their spot to be faster

Can't believe I missed the event reminder notification deal. I usually just wait for you to announce at the event that registration is open for the next event.

Our record is about 24 hours. It was probably back when we were doing 60 or 75-car events. (before we started doing split events) But, the event sold out in less than 24 hours. That's when we started the Event Reminders email list.

I just moved myself to the afternoon. If someone wants a morning spot, well, hopefully you've subscribed to this thread. Go, GO, GO!

I moved cuz my VW-codriver won't be there, which means I've got no ride. I'll still be there all day. If anyone is interested in a codrive for instruction or tire money or for the joy of direct competition, I'm game.

I remember this course. It's why my right front tire has a big old flat spot on it haha. Lets see how I do after 3 months off... Should be fun!

Looking at the entry list...man, did everyone move classes or what? I'm so old and confused.

Getting my tires flipped in the morning then heading to the event for the late session. Probably lunch at Daylight Donuts if anyone's around.
