Yeah. I'd be doing better if it weren't for the "occasionals" showing up and stealing my points!

That, coupled with missing a couple events really screwed me up.

I'll co-safety with Aaron or one of the other semi-trained newbs.

OTP? We've done sammiches from Publix deli before. We once did a picnic/make your own sammich. I don't have any great ideas here, though (other than staying close to budget!).

Anyone?

Isn't there a Chinese-style restaurant down the street? What about getting a whole bunch of lo mein and fried rice and chicken-on-a-stick or something like that?

Also, it doesn't usually need saying, but I'll be there, so go ahead and mark me down for my usual duties.

About the only other thing that's easy and everyone likes are the sub wheels from Publix. If we go that route we need to limit two pieces per person until everyone's eaten, or increase the order. Last time at SPC we ran a bit short because some people were grabbing 4 to 5 pieces at a time and a couple of us didn't get to eat. :?

Really though, pizza is the easiest thing to do, they deliver to SPC and it's not like everyone eats it everyday, at least I don't. :)

I'll be happy to do safety/course review. However, I may not be at this event for the final walkthrough, etc. IMO, I think it's a bit more difficult to design a course that works well at SPC, so I certainly wouldn't mind the added experience of critiquing again.

Mike, you're the chair so you can order whatever you want for lunch. I hear they have raw octopi at the local sushi joint.

Also, I registered for this event, but I may not be able to make it. I should know one way or the other within the next week.

Please put me down for early morning registration job, I wanna hang with Steve-o that morning ;) Since there's still a slot open for that.

Also, hopefully I'll have DECENT tires for St. Pete LOL and I'm excited about taking Kyle to school at St. Pete ;) Now if I can just find some decent tires before the event... Damn Hankook for having an awesome tire that's sold out :p

Derek? Actually going to wake up in time to be early? I'll believe it when I see it... lol

About the food... I can also suggest trying the Super Walmart across the street to order sandwiches from. They're like the Publix ones only closer and possible cheaper. I also know one time we had Cubans that were a hit.
