I'm not concerned...just offering observations/suggestions. I've always got two or three other clubs to default too.

Ron,
I recall about 4 cases of water and a variety of sodas left last time. It's a two-day event, just pretend we have nothing. So grab, say, 8 cases of water, and a variety of 12 pks of regular/diet Coke/Pepsi - be sure at least one is Cherry Coke - some lemon-lime, etc, etc. Nothing will go to waste...
6 bags of ice - it won't be too warm. Don't need the generator at SPC. We have marble dust. We have radio batteries. um, I think that'll do, yes?
Tim,
edit:
Registration is closed, but on-site registration is still an option - it's first-come, first-served up to the registration limits. So if that's your plan, show up early to get your name on the list!

Tim,
Also, if you'd like to design a business card for us, feel free to email the proof - steve@wedrivefast.com Like I said before,Agent wrote:I am not posting a course map,
If having a business card would make it easier to do that, others may feel the same way, too...we could put 'em out at regstration for folks to have to pass out as the opportunity arises (as long as it's a legal opportunity). 8)Native wrote:We have never asked anyone to not talk about the club, or invite others to join us. I have no doubt that if you're hauling the trailer Sunday, somebody will hook you up with some BBQ. 8)WAFlowers wrote:I love BBQ and I won't be there for Sunday. Darn!Agent wrote:Looks like it's Curtis with supposedly the greatest BBQ in the world for lunch on Sunday!

Curtis swears that his BBQ is the absolute greatest anywhere. Now that I know where the place is, I've been able to link it to numerous other outrageous claims of the worlds best BBQ as well. With no hesitation, Curtis told me that his BBQ is worth twice as much as ANY other BBQ around.
We shall see....

^^^ Darn close, unless Agent scored us a break, master-negotiator that he is...
I've gotten the registration form and waiver from SPC, and loaded them on the web page here:
http://wedrivefast.com/AboutOurEvents/F" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ... fault.aspx
The links are at the bottom. If you feel like printing them out (back to back on one page, please) and filling them out ahead of time, feel free, it'll save some trouble at registration. The forms will be on-site, too. One form per person, whether you are there one day or two.

Hopefully my clutch can hold out for two days, might be talking shop with Jeff very soon.
Carl, I'll be there at 7ish to help Steve with registration or whatever you need, don't be shy to put me to work.

Oh, by the way.
There will be no stack of course maps to hand out.
The people who have signed up for the course set up job get a map (obviously). If you are not on the course set up work list, and you help us anyway, (you may still be asked to work later in the day) you will also get a map. "Hah!", you say, "I shall not work twice!"... Well, this is my way of getting an early start to the day. If you do help us set up the course, you get first hand experience of the entry points for the turns, a map of the course, AND, as an added benefit, (not that anyone cares....) starting earlier = ****load more runs.

Carl, if you're not handing out maps, you need to be sure to have at least one good map to post on the trailer for folks to look at.
