Friendly reminder that DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME starts at 2:00am Sunday morning. So don't forget to set those clocks ahead an hour (spring forward) when going to bed Saturday night!

Also that it's good to be in the afternoon group when losing an hour of sleep!

Well, the Camaro is in the shop. I couldn't find out where I'm picking up a miss. I'll need to drive my WRX, it's not really setup to run auto-x, but its better than nothing.

Questions:

What do I need to do to register this car for the event in place of the camaro?
What class does a 2013 WRX fit into? The only mod is a different setup of wheels. I know the stock tires are going to suck...280 treadwear.

Just poke your head into timing once they're up and running and let them know you're driving a different car. They can change your class, too. Go ahead and run/work in the group you were originally assigned, though. Just easier that way.

Why are the numbers this event all crazy?

Sucks for whoever is working timing...

Because both early and late sessions are being run as one event, the timing system can't handle duplicate numbers. But, because registration was handled as separate events, duplicate numbers could not be prevented. So, the duplicates generally had 900 added to them. We won't require the drivers to put that extra 9 on their car, it's just to take care of the duplicate problem in the timing computer.

You can't handle 3 or 4 digit numbers?

Royce,
Put the rear seat back in, unless you are running in a modified class.

Chalk has been procured. Now I've just got to get all the tools and parts out of the car as I haven't put the dash back together yet. Still hunting down a minor electrical bug! Some year this car will look good again.

With this many cars I'd suggest someone in the morning group making a sign straped to a tall cone marking Early session parking and Late session parking.

I have the chalk spreader,(don't know how I got it into my car, that thing is cumbersome), I have the radios, I have the SPC forms.

Loren please don't forget the registration box, and Steve asked me to take it with me when I leave.

Finally got my rear springs installed and alignment done today, car finally sits level and should be a big improvement over how it handled last month. (god I hope so)
