Shon, registration at BV goes pretty quick since everyone is pre-reg and no forms to fill out. I should be fine. Someone may decide to hang out and help anyway.

Wish me luck!
Good luck, Bill! I ran 5k once. Not all at once, or even on the same day, but I'm sure I've run that far, all told...

Drew can handle it. Plus I can't spare any more course workers for non cone running assignments.

Bill- Yes, we want the trailer tomorrow. Good luck with the 5K.

Thanks. I finished with a personal best time (still near the end of the pack), actually RUNNING across the finish line and still ready to go farther. At least, my legs were ready for more but my heart couldn't take more than another couple K.

I think I'm kinda like a horse that you car run until it's heart fails. I don't want to go that way!

Great job Chris and that was a really cool course.

If you missed today, you missed a great day. Maybe a wee bit on the hot side, but still great none the less. As a side benefit, for those of us that could lose a little weight, I was 4.8 lbs lighter when I got home than when I got up this morning. How can you beat that? :D
