It looks like only a dozen or so bottles of water are left after today and maybe 20-25 cans of random sodas. I'd say go with 6 24 packs of water and a few 12 packs of sodas. We'll also need ~ 5 bags pf ice in the morning from either of the gas stations near the airport.

6x24=128. For 60 drivers and 15 guests, that's less than 2 bottles person.

Not enough. Double it.

Probably need more ice than that.

We have maybe 2 12's of soda left right now. 6-8 of those would be good. (Cherry cola, please. )
