If as you motor around, you see a potential site, let us know!

Keep in mind that they don't "owe us" anything, and it serves us in no way to get angry with them. Someday -- maybe soon, maybe not -- we may rekindle our mutually beneficial relationship with SPC and get access to this site again.
Got to give it time to cool off, but I would suggest that we plan our first salvo back as a driving school. Stress the no timers for the event, figure out an angle to get the higher ups to come out to intermingle. Maybe open it up primarily to SPC employees and student government clubs?

I get odd ideas at odd hours... Have the dog tracks been approached? Not a dog racing fan given the way the dogs are treated and disposed of, but maybe improving their economics (even with what little $$ paid rent is) might help. They tend to have large parking lots that now go mostly unused. There's a track in Tampa and one in St Pete (to stay close to the SPC site and convenience for those for whom SPC was the closest venue.)

St Pete track Derby Lane https://www.google.com/maps/place/Derby ... 187d?hl=en

Tampa Greyhound track https://www.google.com/maps/place/Tampa ... 15b0f7def4

Yes, both of the dog tracks are on our list. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
