Can I bring rolls for the pork, or is Brian already doing that?

Nope, I'm just bringing the pork, check with Steve or Loren, they may have the rolls covered ?

We ended up with way too much bread last time. Be sure nobody else is bringing it. So far, as near as I can tell, there are only two people on the list who are down for "other" that I don't know what they are bringing. That's Greg Antonyants and Arthur Ferris.
Everyone else has either claimed a category of Veggies, Pasta, Dessert, Chips or Casserole or told us what they're bringing (and it ain't bread).

King's Hawaiian rolls then. How many?
Everyone else is forbidden to bring bread, unless you are feeding the birds.
Also, you shouldn't feed the birds

Kings rolls are perfect, I'd say 2 per person average would work. I hope someone is bringing cole slaw too.

I'm concerned that the XL T shirt won't fit after lunch.
Will they stretch when wet?

I'll bring scissors, we can make relief cuts as necessary.

I copped out last year and brought the Publix veggie tray, I think. So I guess I won't do the same thing this year. Brian wants some cole slaw? You got it. Not from Publix. I guess I'll get the old shredder out and make some cole slaw. We might bring something else as well, but not sure what...

Hey, this party is only a week and a half away. We need more folks to sign up and let us know they're coming!
They are too busy finding cars to change classes.
I suggest a
SOL class. (
Shit
Outa
Luck for you Millenials). Sorry, having one of my "spells".
Anyone who finishes behind "The Mayor" is automatically entered into the SOL class. That's pretty simple.

Okay.
I spent several hours insulting 5lb bags (of potatoes) in the grocery stores to find the ones with thin enough skin for our picnic.
Check.
Now I've read wife's washing machine instructions cover to cover and there is no setting for "potato salad". Seriously? It's only one year old. Maybe we need an Iwasher?
Looking forward to Saturday:)

Well, I was really hoping to make the party / picnic / get together this weekend but knew it was going to be a bit tough with my current work commitments. It's now just not going to happen
Have a great time, will catch up with you all later in September.
Dan.

Sorry you can't make it Dan!
Everybody else, remember the party is TOMORROW.
We're looking at 40+ people, be there at 11:00 and come hungry!
Where, you ask? Go in the main Philippe Park entrance, turn right at the T, left at the 4-way stop, and then right toward the indian mound. Shelter #7.

Last minute arrival! What can I bring? Anything missing from the table that you know of?

Uh... looks like nobody was checking the forum today. You could have brought anything and been okay.
Good to see everyone today. Looking forward to another great season!

There was such a great variety of food, it was like Thanksgiving with a picnic theme, I definitely didn't leave hungry. Great seeing everyone today, see you guys in a couple weeks.

The first Rally Picnic Cross I've ever been too.
Find area 7. Cool.
The Vette is now wearing it's xxxxxl t shirt which it won not me. I put it in "sexy wench" computer performance mode on the way home. That got kinda weird thru Pasco County nudist areas.
If you didn't spank the Red Fastiva you will have bad luck for one/half season.
John Evans actually cooked on site. No way. Like the totally naked "Iron Chef". He deserved his "sticker".
I could only eat so much. Brian's Pork is totally insane. Wife loved John's chicken Mod 2.
The iced fruit was a brilliant move. I personally loved that.
So after 6 pork "sliders" on those crazy little buns and a lot of "multiple sides".
We had awards....DOH....It was an awards picnic. Look I limited my smack talk to G rated as there are people who actually have young children who don't call you Papa or Who are you or you old bastard....get a job.
No one was disappointed. I wore a chiffon by V. St Laurent and Maria wore a silk by Chanell.
But enough of that fashion talk.
We love Steve and Loren and their group of merry men that make this all work.
If you haven't had a good belly laugh in the last year then I'm dropping the ball.
Show up Sept 13th and realize that my new connection with Bill Stein has resulted in a yet unseen version of the gray vette. Steve and I will probably shock S1 and that new SOL class I formed.
