Except M1, no entries,
That's kinda weird. No modded AS/BS cars? Need to check and see if anyone is misclassed.
EDIT: The S2000 is in M1. If Mario shows up, his Solstice would be in M1. Lots of potential M1 cars that are pretty common, they just happen to not be registered for this event... yet.

Maybe a handicap is in order? Doesn't seem like a fair fight.

Which is exactly why I asked.
On the surface, running a stock car in a mod class is kosher, but if you look a little deeper, it might not be...
That said, I don't wanna bother with a handicap - I'd like to run points in class, but it doesn't matter that much...so if no one objects...

Running a stock car in the CORRECT mod class is kosher. Doug's car isn't an M3 car. Since two of the entries in M3 are newbs and probably not reading the forum, I wouldn't take "no objection" to mean that nobody cares.
From our very own
Basic Rules, #2:
"Allowing competitors to make agreements that a certain prohibited modification is okay for a particular car in their class is a can of worms that we don’t want to open. To maintain fairness to all, we ask that you always compete in a class that your car is fully compatible with."
That said, if you want to run in M3 with a handicap that prevents you from placing higher than last so that you can collect at least minimum points in class... I don't think that would be a problem. I've driven Doug's car, it's faster than you might think. (and I've also recently found that one Steve Frank is a pretty darned good driver, as well!)

"Recently?" Up yours!

It's old news
I like Ron's attitude...
I don't wanna break the rules. I'll take the points in S1 and not worry about it.

I meant that as a compliment. But, if'n you wanna trash talk... watch out for those cones, mister!

Mario might be in Europe since Drew wimped out in M2...hahahaha.....road trip.
Look. Steve can simply drive to my Hernando house and pick up the Rx8 and probably run it in M3 legally? For Points?
I beat "somebody" with it in M2 last year for a sticker. Blue goo was sleeping.
Take a car that's fully sorted out with 255 Hankook 200 tires on 9" rims, radical legal alignment, adjustable Koni yellows it will beat most anything mortals can muster. RX8 City.
Loren has beaten me in both my cars. Guess he's a good judge.
Guess I'll have to beat him in his Fastiva to even the score. OR maybe Ben can do it!! Go Ben.

So I'll be on vacation for this event. What was I thinking booking vacation the same time as a SUNDAY autocross?
The Sunday events are always a no brainer for me since I work most Saturdays. I have my new Continental DWs and swaybar just screaming to be hammered around an autocross course.
On well, I'm definitely ready for a vacation too so it will be nice to get away.
Look forward to getting back in action soon.

Thank you for the compliment.
You are a good driver too, and your car is pretty.
I'll have no trouble with cones, as long as they don't jump in front of me as they have in the past...but you know what they say - if you don't hit any, you aren't trying hard enough. So I wish you a high cone count, and many penalty seconds: it's proof of effort!

Doug - I'll happily drive whatever car you show up with (in the proper class), and promise to not beat you as badly as Loren has.

He's SO lying to you, Doug. But for a cone, he beat ME in my own car at the last event. (within a few tenths over 4 laps, but he was ahead)
