I'll do safety with Brian, unless he wants to train a newer person.

Charles, I'll be at the SCCA event next weekend, if you want to get me the laptop then I can bring it to Kenny. Maybe you already have plans for it, but if not, just let me know.

Course design has been sent off... I thought I'd lost it for a moment there... but :) It was found.

I'm hoping if they have time to look it over so I can refine it that I can get it posted for you all this week.

Oh... and so noted on the soda and water... Do we need marble dust? If so I can go get some one day this week.

^^^...marble dust... I'm not sure if we do or not. Seems to me last time we were at SPC there was a bag left. Maybe someone else noticed? If not, better safe than sorry. 8)

A conflict for my time has come up. I have someplace I must be at 4pm on the 17th which means that I can tow the trailer to the site, but I won't have time to tow it back to storage.

Hopefully, with almost two weeks until the event, alternate arrangements can be made.

I'll be in Chicago on the 17th, so I can't help out :(

Kim, I have reviewed your course map and responded, but I have not received an updated map.

So far no arrangements have been made that I know of, and we're down to almost a week. We need a "get the trailer home" plan folks. Brian (04Si/Solar), is that something you can help out with? Anyone?

FYI, I forgot to register, but I'll be there. What time do you need me for Registration, Steve?

Sorry, can't help with the trailer transport.

A quick check of MAE shows 42 preregistrations. We've got plenty of room for on-site registration, so if you missed the reg. deadline or haven't decided yet, feel free to sign up that morning. Come early.

Everyone - registration closes at 9 sharp. Please plan to have yourself signed in by then. Late-shows stall the event with last-minute timing adjustments and work assignments.

I'll be posting the new SPC forms to the website probably Sunday evening (the ones there now are old). Download 'em and fill 'em out ahead of time to save a little paperwork that morning, if you'd like.

Loren, as early as 7:30. I'll be there a bit before that to unlock and unpack. The "busy" time is about 8-8:30, give or take.

Does anyone need it for anything or do I just need to bring the laptop to the event? Kenny isn't far from me so it wouldn't be a big problem to meet up and get it to him.
