Holy crap you flew through the turn around. It makes me look like I stopped, checked my air pressures, and continued on. So I wonder if that's where I left so much time on the table...as I was really trying to find another 1.5 seconds out there.Jeremy wrote:Here is my run...

Just a thought, but I hope someone used the rest of the genny gas. I hope we don't have a gas can in the trailer with gas in it. ? ? ? ?

Thanks for the great event guys. I do want to give a shout out to Steve for some driving tips, he got a 360 degree view of the course and I picked up some time.

Re: June 2011 Event
Awesome course that would have been a lot more fun to drive if I hadn't unknowingly enrolled in the school of "push less, suck harder". The car felt great, I just wasn't focused. I too apologize to whoever was at station 3 during run group 1 picking up after my sloppy driving. There is always next month, and still for $30 you can't beat the entertainment.
Joe thanks for the multiple jumpstarts... the battery has a bad cell so a new westco is on its way.
Steve thanks for taking the time to check my pressures with me after my concerns the night before.
See you all next month!

And thank you for helping out, Joe! The new tires were ready for action after 7 blistering autocross runs! It's going to be a challenge to go back to the old ones for daily-driver use.dropped top wrote:Thank you Brian and Steve for putting on such a great event! Great coarse with plenty of run times and challenging in all the right places.
Special thanks to John Evans, you made my day with your generosity in allowing me to help scrub the new tires!
Thanks for a super-smooth event, guys! Everyone has a hand in making events run smoothly, but it's easier at Brooksville, I think. I'm not sure why we went so long without replacing the canopies, but having a shady spot next to the trailer is really nice.
Awesome course! Someone has to recycle that one at a B'ville event sometime in the future. <3

I sincerely apologize for forgetting to thank Matt Sullivan for covering my a$$ at registration after me calling him at 5:15 am to tell him about my woes. After working registration, he still chased cones for his regularly scheduled work group. Have a kick a$$ time in Hawaii, dude!
