Course maps usually show up the week of the event. When it's available, you'll see it here first.

I recently just found the site and registered.

I was interested in attending the May 12 event, but noticed it was already full.

How early do registrations usually open before an event?
How quick does registration for events usually fill up?

I guess I'll have to wait for the the St. Pete July event, but I really wanted to make it to this month's.

Welcome, Jesse.

Registration opens 30-days prior to each event. Lately, it's been filling up in 7 to 14 days!

I'll be unable to come tto this event, but I would like to make sure my registration spot goes to someone that needs/wants it. What is the best course of action? Also, can I still apply my credit to next months event?

Cancel through MAE before registration closes. Mentioning your cancellation here will help get the word out.

As long as you cancel before registration closes, you'll be put on the list for a credit.

Guess I'll just be missing next month too :(

Does that mean someone else will just be filling my spot on my registration?

Nope, just means that we'll have one less competitor. We're okay with that, it's by design and expected. We really only want 65-70 drivers, we know that allowing 75 to register will net the usual 5-10% cancels and no-shows.

If you have some sort of valid emergency situation that's causing you to cancel, PM me and I may be able to give you a credit.
