?? You're talking about the SCCA event next weekend? Haven't seen anything about it being cancelled.
Must mean Corvette test and tune. I saw that "pending".
SCCA is going full steam this Sunday and I ordered long dog lunches all ready:)

Hey all, if anyone is looking for a spot in the morning (and reg is still open?) I'm going to have to cancel for this month, 2 other guys already have taken that day off of work, so I gotta be there.
Think I'm going to miss the duel too, so see you all in January.

Sorry you can't make it, Eric. Les is in that spot now.
Yes, reg is still open. You wouldn't have been able to cancel if it wasn't.

Me and the old man and our new (old) helmets will be there in the morning session. Hopefully we'll have two new O2 sensors and a little better idle quality by then. This classic 5.0 idle "surge" is really getting tiresome...

My 5.0 had the same issue, it turned out it was the EGR valve.

And here I thought you were running a big cam

Codes? You are running Mass Air (better?) and I'm still with old original SD (best?). I replaced the TPS and the IAC @ different months and no real improvement. Got a deal on them on line so replaced them a second time. The second new TPS was junk. It was the first IAC new out of the box that was no good. Took them back for refund even tho' it is electrical. Idles decent now for a couple years. There is a testing procedure but it's very time consuming. I just got another one = quicker. Your motor is too clean to need soaking of parts yet.
When you replace those things remember to pull the neg battery cable for at least 10 minutes to erase CPU memory so it loses old bum info.
Good luck.

Didn't we put a moratorium on pin turns? I'm bringing my smacking gloves.
We'll have that puppy set up in record time.
