A lotta good driving yesterday for sure! Thanks to all who helped a huge crowd have a great time at a well-run event. I had a great time (as always) and I sure hope everyone else did too.

Charles, we did mention the volume to that Mustang driver.

My schedule isn't very friendly for a the next while, so I'l be scarce for a bit. See y'all soon!

Great job on the event guys! Good times and friendly people make this an easy event to bring people to.

Not really. I would have smoked both of them in Jason's Miata. Wouldn't even have been close.

At a quick glance, I see two places you probably should have gone wider, and one should shouldn't have gone so wide. The turn before the slalom was one that you really needed to get wide to set up for so that you could get past the first slalom cone (the one with the pointers on it) without slowing too much. At the end of the slalom, getting really wide toward the middle of that sweeper would allow you to carry a smooth arc through the whole turn leading into the back "straight" and get on the gas earlier. And the correct line (so I've been told) through the last turn was to hug the inside and just blast through it. (you drove it similar to how I did)

Those new Camaros (and mustangs) are no joke, since the "pony car wars" have been revived, the performance models of them are incredible, especially for how much weight they are pushing around.

One of the guys shooting said he was going to post them on a photo bucket account and send it to his friend that was driving to post here...yeah, I don't remember who that was. He had some nice shots too!

Sorry Charlie the new 1LE meets current FAST rules for S3. Just like Shamu does with 1/2 the HP. This ain't the SCCA. If I had $40 grand I still wouldn't buy one. I'd just get a new 5.0 put in Shamu
