Hmmmmm, looks like two halves of two different courses we've had. Looks like 3rd gear is on the menu.

The turn around was designed the other way... But, the whole course got mirrored.

Note to all of those who think courses look fast, Loren knows how to “tweak” the finished product. He’s kind of evil like that.

Assuming I don't hit any cones and am able to find my white cane. Still waiting for bifocal windscreen to come in. I did buy some really cheap new Federal tires. 1/2 the price and 9/10 as fast? I'll take the cheapest route every time. Saturday will be the first event on them to burn off the mold release compound. Will be more interesting at least than the 2 year old Stones. I hope we get 5 runs again as they need a good heat cycle. I only put 100 slow miles on them to set the cords so far. Car is on the trickle charger for 2 weeks - me too.

Rsrr? I just bought the same to do the odd events I'll run my s2000 this season, a roadtrip to nc and track days.. can't justify doing those with a new set of re71rs, I'll have to buy those again next season. I heard they're loud as hell but 400 for a set of 4, had to give them a shot

The only noise caused by RSRR (Really Slick Roundy Rounders) Federals is the moans of the competition as you drive by them. Or so I'm told by the older fellows. Unlikely I'll get beat by 4.7 seconds again this season. I know all they can do now with their tire warmers, alignments and the best of everything in their new cars. It's a grey area. Carl hooked me up with tires. Might have to go visit Joe again for an alignment now that he has a Vette too.

The RSRRs are very very loud. I run them and daily with them between autocross. They sound like a cross between an airplane propeller and a bad wheel bearing. My times don't reflect their grip, but overall they've done me well.

My *new* car needs connecting rod bearings so I'm looking for a co-drive again, 4 wheels and a place to sit would be ideal. Offering tire and gas money.
