Negative. It's busted. Can't select the price, and clicking submit anyway results in an error message telling you that you didn't select a price option.
OK...found the glitch and it works now.
Good thing I have a long layover this trip!

It works! Any feedback for set up, lunch, etc post it up and I will try to get a firm plan.

With the exception of whatever you want to run for a timed test course, we can just "wing it" for setup.
Might be a good day to get some of those gyros from wherever that local place is. Those were tasty.
That's all I got.

I'll bring a Passport G-Timer. Anyone that wants to use it can. Find out what kind of g-forces you can get on the skid pad!
We need some more to sign up!! When else can you have a full day to try different settings and actually give it a real test? A full day to find out what really works. Timed course, skid pad...
This is a unique opportunity! Go for it!! 8)

Ok, y'all, we need one more person to make this event happen.
Registration deadline has been extended by one day - you've got 'til Sunday night to sign up!

If only one more person is needed.... Five have signed up already. If every one signed up wanted to do this bad enough to pitch in another $30.00, could it happen with only Five? Not speaking for all, just throwing it out there.

When I posted one more was needed, there were only 4.
5 is the absolute min. to make it happen - which basically means the entry fee won't include lunch or drinks. At 6 entries, it's all good!
If someone still wants to register, we can squeeze a little more time for registration if needed. If not, it'll be a done deal at 5 entries. (I pm'd the event chair, but haven't heard back yet).

We'll bring a grill and enough hamburgers and hot dogs for all! Mary is a 'feeder', nothing makes her as happy as feeding the masses. Bring your own drinks. We should be all set!

Sounds like a plan! I'll sweet talk my wife into making some cupcakes or something, too.

Since time won't be an issue, lunch break can be casual and as long as we need. Barbecue sounds good. We can coordinate for bringing stuff for lunch.

Heard back from the event chair.
If anyone is still on the fence about this, you're gonna get 48 more hours to make up your mind (that's until Tues. at 10 pm). Last chance - won't extend registration any farther than that.
Sounds like y'all are gonna have a good time - sorry I'm gonna miss it...

I'm afraid to ask...
Will the testing session take place!?

I see 5 registered, I think that was the minimum. More would have been better, but I think we can meet expenses with 5... barely. (which is a far sight better than we do with the money-losing novice school... so I think we're in good shape)

COOL
Good news!
Loren, I promise, I'll not bring any beer...
I'm sorry, I don't know how the money flows in and out! I'm surprised to hear that about the novice school. I guess $60 X 22 cars wasn't enough! But I'm glad you are doing it, I wouldn't be involved without!

The Novice school was budgeted to lose money. Actually, I think Steve said it made a little money if you look at it by itself. But, remember that every instructor got a free event and volunteer workers got two free events... that's where the money loss comes in. No big deal. We budget for it, and recognize that it has HUGE value to the club.
