Saturday course looks like the bomb. Maybe even too good?

Jamie, I had timing listed in my reg, but since it's popular again, you can put me on timing/trailer setup.

Should I try to remove some of the goodness, or can you cope?

I am scared that my head might explode mid-run from shear awesomeness.

If it does, can I have what's left of your car?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm so angry at myself for assuming that I wouldn't be scheduled to work that far in advance, but I flipped to the 16th and I'm stuck working 10 hours.
Please take some video so I can live vicariously through you guys. The course looks awesome, whoever designed it should get an award. I'm so angry right now!
But seriously, videos please!

does your software allow for multiple laps? it would be cool to see your lap times

I agree. It's going to be weird not being there this month. I'm totally going to have autocross withdraws. I think it's already kicking in...ahhhhhhhhh.

It would involve adding lap times by hand to get a run total. Not gonna do it.
As cool as it would be to have lap times, tradition is to just run without them and revel in the mystery.

I get car sick and won't do to well at an endurocross. Even some courses in the past at regular events have made me a little car sick. I can't imagine taking 3 to 4 runs as one lap.

Yeah, I understand. I do fine as long as I'm driving... but I made the mistake of riding with someone at an Enduro once. I'm gonna announce this at the driver's meeting... think twice before doing that!

I can already see your class competitors bribing event chairmen to design
long courses....

Shouldn't be a problem, seeing as we have no event chairmen on the schedule. (that's a hint, people)

I so completely enjoy the irony (at Chris's expense) of the man who runs a driving school being carsick. roflmao. I'm dyin' here...every time I hear it...I'm just sittin' here grinnin'.
And,
I'm not sure if I'm gonna make either of these events, and if I do, it won't be by 7 am. I have the reg. box, and the radios. Someone needs to plan to get the stuff from me and bring it to the gate right early. I won't deliver, but I'll meet someone half-way, especially if food or beverage is involved. Ditto the return after the event.

So far, I've done course setup, teardown, supplies, timing and shagged cones.
I'd like to do tech or starter one day of the two. The more stuff I learn about how events run, the more apt I am to step up and chair one.
