to the best of my knowledge the go pro was not on during any of my runs... never really thought to ask of thought i would get FTD.. i just wanted to go really dang fast ( i even messed up one turn in the run (least in my mind i did)).. kinda stinks that the idea didnt come up

Charles: Yes the Corvette does the SPC events in 1st gear...60 mph is my rev limiter (7200 rpm). Almost never get that high in St Pete. Makes the car very easy to drive-lots of throttle steer (cause I can't drive) and plenty of engine braking-although second event with a set of true autocross pads-worked quite well.
One of the images shot shows what I believe to be a spark or two from the front calipers! Cool...or hot as the case may be!
