I blasted an email over the weekend to all of the instructors/volunteers listed in the first post of this thread. Requested a final confirmation and only got about about 1/3 so far.

If you didn't get that email, send me a PM or email to let me know you're still coming. (and I'll send you the info that was in the email that you didn't get)

Lots of people volunteered for this thing over a month and a half ago... would be good to know if they're all still planning to be there. (inevitably some won't... which is why we have a few extras... but we'd like to have a handle on that before Saturday morning)

I'm guessing I'm a instructor, but either way, I'll be there by 7:30.

I thought you were doing all that stuff?

We've kinda reverted to our old school ways on most of that. No need to make a big deal about it on the forum unless we're begging for volunteers. The event chairmen have made arrangements for everything to be done... as event chairmen should.

Just updated the list. There are just a few who I didn't get confirmation from, but I suspect they'll be there, anyway.

Brian got sick and had to cancel. Mary may do the same. I think we'll have enough folks to get by!

See y'all in the morning!
