I can get the trailer there Saturday morning (good thing I signed up for the afternoon). Ed can you still pick it up Saturday afternoon/evening? I won't be able to get back with my truck after the event. Man that's going to be a lot of driving Saturday.

Eric, I'm competing in John's car. If you can get your car to me before Saturday, I could drive it up to Brooksville Saturday morning and back. Would save you some driving.

Also, it is critical that the trailer be on-site no later than 6:30am. The setup crew HAS to start setup on time or it's going to monkey up the whole schedule.

Shoot me an email if we need to coordinate.

No problem having her there by 6:30 am. Works out pretty nice actually. I may even drop by the trailer at lunch this week to test out the trailer lights and bumper height. Thought about going up Friday night as well, but not sure if that would be better or worse yet. I could head up around 9pm, but that'd put me back home sometime after 11pm...not that I sleep much the night before race day anyway. Were as if I leave in the AM, hookedup by 5:30am, on site shortly before 6:30, I should be home around 7:30 in time to cook breakfast! Decisions...decisions.

Truck is ready for tow in the morning. Trailer lights work and super easy to align the ole burban up to the hitch. Wasn't expecting that.

Read the event details again and kinda peeved those who are registered in the afternoon don't get a course walk. Even 10 minutes for a couple of quick trips on foot sure would be nice. Two runs, one in each direction leaves no room for error. But I should be able to score a ride-a-long before getting behind the wheel...I just really like to walk the course.

Looks like the RX8 isn't going to be ready. I'll be showing up in the slow M2 miata instead. It looks like it's too late to edit my entry. Just wanted to say something in advance in case it matters.
