Supplies just means running to the store for soda, water, ice etc
At this location there is a super wal-mart right across the street, so all you'd have to do is run over there and pick up the neccesities (I'll make sure you have a list, and Steve is usually the man to see about money).
Its an easy one... so if you don't mind it would be great if you could do it

We are in! Let me know if you need a hand with supplies LadyMaynie. I will have a pick up truck there.

Hey guys,
I registered my car for the event (the '89). This will be my first FAST event. I was wondering though, is it possible for me to register a co-driver? ie. share some of the runs? Thanks!

My husband, Bob Proctor, will help with set-up if you still need help. It's his first AutoX and he's interested in helping set up the course.

You can have a co driver, but they'll pay their own entry and get their own set of runs in the same car, so you'd get 6 (or whatever) runs and they would get 6 (or whatever) runs.
BTW, I love your 540i 6 speed, you should bring that instead

Hey,
Could I register him there?
If the 190e doesn't make it I'll bring the 540i.

There will a small amount of walk ups that can register the day of the event. The number of walk ups allowed depends on how many pre-registered people don't show and the total amount of drivers we decide we want for the day. While we've never had to turn any walk ups away for any event, I'd suggest to get there early, to sign the waiting list. It's first come first serve. Registration should be open around 7:15 ish.
All drivers must be at least 18 years old with a vaild drivers licence. Anyone under 18 must bring a parent or guardian to sign a waiver.

He can help set up the course, all help is welcome, but it
will not count as his work assignment for the day.

That's cool, but Kim did say that she needed people to help with set-up and he's hoping to learn the "process" from start to finish

Course map?

The event chair may or may not choose to post a course map. Even if they do, tweaks during setup of the course that morning may render the map inaccurate.
Probably better to plan to walk the course at least once that morning...

Preregistration has hit its limit. Current entrants may withdraw for event credit until 10pm Wednesday night -- any openings created as a result will be available for pregristration until the same time. We will accomodate a limited number of walk-on entrants -- if you're interested, show up early!

If there are any jobs left you can put me down. I can do setup AND safety. Doesn't matter to me.

course map isn' required to be posted, I wouldn't worry about it as long as the chair brings some to the event for setup
good luck all, no plans to be there myself, I might stop by though.

I emailed Derek again. He and Kim are a bit busy these days...

Is that because you don't have a car to drive? When are you going to get that damn Integra of yours ready?!
