I'm sure Steve would be more than happy to let you run whenever you show up, Bill! Problem solved.
I second that!!

Just FYI I am not demanding a change.. just suggesting discussion on the topic, since it came up at the event. (a dual event day as opposed to 12 runs on a single course) Like I told Carl on Sunday. I've known Loren long enough to know Resistance is futile, just do what he says, and beg forgiveness when you don't. I like trying diffrent things.. some are going to work, and some are bound to stink.. But the Duo event Idea seemed cool to me..

1 site rental. everyone is already there. change the course during lunch. 6 runs on each course.. That is what I understood it as.. then you have the choice of combining the times for a single event OR scoring them seperately

Loren, and all. I originally wanted to treat the "duocross" as a "special" event, one time deal. but later in the day I was talking to bill and that advantage stuck with me..

From a club that does Gymkahana, MirrorC... I mean BattleCross (tm) andc enduro crosses.. I don't think there is much resistance from the members to "diffrent" style events.

I know.. I've had the split day discussion several times now, I should have explained myself better. "DUOCROSS" as a special event. not as the way of the future.

I'll move my discussion to future events.

I like it as a special event idea. Seems like a topic that warrants its own thread, though.

Spin Out, we have some custom software on the way to make the video display more information - what you saw is not the finished product.

Anyone who tows the trailer for us, in addition to being the only paid "volunteer" position, will always get special consideration when needed.
