I do hope you'll submit this map for approval by safety before releasing it for everyone to see.

Jack, I won't know if I have questions until I see the course map. That's how this process works. The course designer designs a course and submits it for approval. Even if you think you know what you're doing, it's a good idea to have another set of eyes look at your design. Ask Steve and Jamie, even *I* submit my courses for approval, and invariably they find something that I need to tweak.

Please... design your course and send it to me.

Only two get set up as a work assignment (although the extra hands always help). Could use an extra hand at registration -- Sam can help with that, since we'll be there at the crack of dawn anyhow. (Does Dave have the box, or is it in the trailer, or ?) Could use a couple of people for teardown -- Drew, are you willing to pick up one of those spots?

If no one volunteers for the pizza run, I'll assign someone from the last run group (no, I don't know what that is yet). If I can spare an experienced person, I'll try to assign a novice minder for each group as well. I'll take care of the run groups and work assignments.

"Lauren." isthatright? 8)

Ehrin, yeah, I was at Pepin. My friend's daughter graduated high school and they had a party for her there. Sure wish you woulda said "hi" instead of spying on me in the parking lot and fantasizing about vandalizing my car... and you sure were out of your neck of the woods, eh?

Jakk, I'll be doing reg., too, along with Dave.

Hey guys, sorry I am not going to be able to make it once again. I got laid off from my job on Monday, so I have been extremely busy trying to get things in order since then. :( Have fun without me!

Everything is good to go guys. No need to worry about "if" we can pull it off. The only thing you need to worry about is if you will be able to handle the awesomeness!!!

It looks like there are going to be some changes. Due to an extended work load it appears that Jack is going to be unable to make this event.

I suppose that makes me the event chair. Everything is finalized except getting the course to safety (and I have to call the lunch place since they are closed today). I wasn't really planning on doing a course tonight and I'm out of town so the soonest I'll be able to put a course together will be tomorrow night. As soon as it's finished I'll send it off to safety.

Rock on, Carl.

You can pick one of the previous course designs, too. Or use one as a basis and just change a few things.

i have been working 12+ hr days hanging and repairing loads of gutter.

so all the work i have planned will take longer.
i really am sorry guys, you all know how much i love to auto-x
see you soon jack neely
