Loren, I'd be happy to learn about safety stewardship.

Good move, Ron! You'll make a great Course Marshall (and leeching Loren's knowledge did wonders for me when I trained...)

Ok, we now are the proud owners of a megaphone.

The reg forms are all ready to go - who's helping me do registration?

How early would I have to be there to help with registration? I live about on hour and a half away from SPC. I would like to help though. Anything else I can do, but not have to leave my house before the birds get up?

OMG, OMG, OMG. . .I'm so excited, I think I just pee'd myself a little bit. I can not WAIT to play with the megaphone, and since I'm chairing, there is little/nothing y'all can do to stop me!!!

I think it might be wise to limit the use of the 'phone at SPC and possibly even the volume of it. The reason we were asked not to use the PA system there wasn't just because we called it a PA, it's because they were concerned about noise bothering their neighbors in the nearby apartment complex.

We gotta try to be "good neighbors" to avoid problems with our site owner.

Matsuwesty - between 7:30 and 8 would be good - most of the "rush" will be around 8-8:30. Thanks.

My brother and I will not be able to make it to this event. We had a death in the family Monday, and her funeral is set for 11:00 a.m. on Sat. Is there any way Joey and I can get the fee forwarded to this next event. If that is possible, we would really appreciate it. We wouldn't be able to get there till 3:00 or 4:00 p.m., obviously too late. I'm not sure who this needs to go to, so whoever could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks again

Our condolences for your loss. Yes, as you prepaid, you'll get credit for the next one.

Dan, didn't see the end of your megaphone post - sorry, no effects, just a basic bullhorn. But it goes to ELEVEN!!

Can we put Dan's head in a bucket and give him a Darth Vader effect?

Sheetrock hauling is a bit beyond my capabilities. Fat chalk will have to suffice as it has been. I'm sorry if this means people having to bend at the waist. Perhaps we can eventually purchase a scooter from The Scooter Store and build an automatic cone detector+outliner off to the side of it so we don't have to use any energy whatsoever. *smirk*

I got no word on our current supply amount of the following. Due to that, I will be buying some of everything. If that crowds the trailer to the point of being a hassle, or if there isn't even storage space for some of it, don't bitch at me about it :)

Marble dust
Fat chalk
Soda
Water
AA batteries : 16pack done
Napkins
Plates
Garbage bags

Don't get anything less than 3 mil thick+ 42 gallon. I'd get the largest 3 mil+ thick bags you can find.

I got mine at Lowe's, if you don't see them let me know and I'll grab em.

There will be no more garbage explosion mishaps at Brooksville with these :)

Jamie has forwarded a run/work group list complete with work assignments. It'll need a little adjusting once registraiton is done, but the majority of that task is done.

Thanks, Jamie!
