Obtaining a waiver before the event?

Im 17 right now, and my dad is not going to be able to come with me to brooksville on the 9th, unfortunately.

Is there any way i can have him sign the waivers at home, and then just bring them with me to the track? Where can i get them online?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
