Tire soak/treatment for storing slicks?

Does anyone have a recommended solution (brand, mixture, etc.) that they put on their race tires for storage purposes? Or to bring an old tire back to life (somewhat at least)?
Picking up some slicks but won't be using them for a while and not quite sure how old they are. So I want to treat them and wrap them until I need them.
Thanks!

Formula V is pretty common, been around for decades. Not sure if there's anything new/better. Pretty sure Scott Wheeler uses it.
My experience with it was that it won't bring back completely hard rubber. It's more a preservative than a restorative in that regard. If the tires aren't too far gone, it does help.

I've used Formula V a couple times in my life, I'm not exactly ready to give it a rave review. It doesn't hurt, but I"m not convinced it does a great deal of good. You can go through half a gallon treating tires as directed on the bottle and they do feel softer, but I really think it is a very shallow softness, perhaps only worth 1 or 2 runs before you've scrubbed it off and are back to the old hard stuff. If the slicks are more than 2-3 years old already I would say they are worthless and don't bother with them unless you are a masochist.

I'd concur with that. Race tires are pretty much dead after 2 years and there's no bringing them back.

Thanks for the input guys! The tires are not very old but it's going to be a couple months before I can use them - so mainly looking to preserve them while they sit.
I touched base with Scott - he does use Formula V and has been happy with it. I'll give it a try!
Thanks again!
