Loading the Trailer 101

After a event when the trailer is re-loaded, if two grown men can't pick up the tounge, then it's way to heavy, and the contents needs to be shifted around. I think we all need Bill to show us how to load it, because the last time he did, one person could pick up the tounge and move the trailer with ease. :)

Because it was so heavy, and there's no wheel on the tounge stand, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to hook it up to my van. If it weren't for my mad driving skills and a crowbar, it might not have happened.

Loading the trailer is a science. Or is it an art?

The cones are surprisingly heavy. Make sure they are at the back. Ditto the generator. All else can pretty much fall where it may.

Either way, you're a scientist and/or a artist.

Not only are the cones heavy, but I noticed all the bottled water and sodas were up front as well. :)

I can't comment on that....... didn't even notice it was there towing it with the 3/4 ton beater but it sounds like I would have been disgruntled had I pulled it with the wagon.......

Howard bought some new bins to store everything in, so now loading it is much easier. We put all the cones in the back with the umbrellas and stands, then the bins, and then the coolers and some misc things. Towed much better, and it doesn't look like everything was tossed in a big pile. :D
