Hey guys and gals,
Just wondering if anyone had any input on the Stoptech Sport pads? They're about half the price of Hawk's but I've heard generally good things about them. Anyone have a comparison to how they stack up against Hawk HP+ pads? Car is for DD and autox.

I previously used them way back around 2013-2015ish on my integra. For the price they are good pads and really no complaints though somewhat dusty
I had problems with brake vibrations for regular street driving for about 6mo, but not for autox, but that was on me not getting them bedded in properly. When I finally got them bedded in (at an one fcrc event, the braking into the turn around was perfect and the vibrations went away)
Currently not using them because the oem pads are good enough for autocross and they produce far less dust.

I don’t know about the Sport but I run the Street (308) in the fronts and really like them. They seem to be easy to modulate and produce almost zero dust, especially compared to the HP+ I run in the rear where if you even look at the brake pedal it turns my wheels from gold to black.

I use 309s on both Miatas. Dusty, but last a long time and easy to modulate. I think Ben used 309s at one time also.

I just picked up a full set of 309s to put on the miata here shortly. Wanted to find something that can be used for autox and the occasional track day. Planning on going to the FIRM 11/2 so I've got a few boxes of parts to install before the start our new season.
From the recommendations I've got on them, you cant beat them for the price. So for $100 on amazon, they're worth a shot.
