July 12th - SPC

Postby kickslop » Wed Jun 10, 2009 7:46 pm

Steve, I hope you don't mind me starting this ahead of you, but I noticed we're in bad shape already:

NO CHAIRMAN YET - EDIT: PROBABLY FIXED (see below posts)

WAFLOWERS TOW VEHICLE UNAVAILABLE - EDIT: FIXED (see below posts)

I'll volunteer for supplies AND registration (with another experienced registration person).

I have no problem at all - I usually start pre-event threads in order to beg for a chair, and when registration opens.

I'll do reg. with you. Hopefully someone will step up to chair the final event of the 2009 season! :)

We like the sound of that........ it's not far from where the trailer lives to SPJC.

I think I can chair this one. I don't think I've done one this season yet, so I feel like I need to contribute. :)

lol well I'd really like to autocross my integra soon. Picked up some free KYB shocks and crap tein springs to see if it fixes my issue.. I want to have it ready for CMP in July so I'll probably order a set of coilovers if the kyb/tein stuff fixes the issue, otherwise I may not make it up to CMP, or if I do I'll just shoot pics... or drive the lemons car.

I'll volunteer to do tech as an assistant if someone is willing to teach the ropes. If that isn't a full fledged position-I'm willing either way.

I'm just back and was going to post that the tow vehicle would be available for July if someone lets me co-drive, but I see that isn't necessary.

I may not be able to attend due to possibly being out of town that weekend, so I'd like to ask for a co-chair. You don't have to do anything if I can make it, and if I can't, you just have to run the event on-site. I can take care of arranging lunch, designing the course, etc. Volunteers?
