The "new thread" and/or "new post" flag doesn't seem to clear about 25% of the time after I've read the new topic or post.

Example: Read new post in "General", log in 2 days later and the graphic indicator that there is a new post in "General" remains lit up for "General" and that thread. I've seen it take almost a week to finally go away.

"View new posts" always tells me I can't do that right now. It worked yesterday.

Edit: And then it worked. I know there is a timeout but it failed on my first attempt, not when doing it for a 2nd time.

Edit again: It's back!

Indeed, Jeremy. Very surprising to me. I can't figure out what is causing that, but will do my best to figure it out. I'm a Firefox user as well.

So I sent a pm. It appeared to sit in my outbox until I manually deleted it a week or so later, never showed up in my sent box, but I'm fairly sure the recipient did in fact receive the message. This happens probably 1 in 5 times I pm someone.
