240sx Wheel Fitment Question

I have a stock 91 240sx, will 225/45/17 tires with a wheel offsetof 38-40 fit with no rub problems?? I'm about ready to buy a set but just thought maybe I should ask before I do. :)

OKAY ! (little late I know but) The odometer reads 280,000 , not sure how many "multi-driver-runs" we can get ? But who cares ? I have AAA PLUS Yellow_Colorz_PDT_06
