I want to lodge a request for my favorite beverage, Coke Zero Cherry!

Got a call from Carl. Worked all week in KS and just before he left to come home his boss gave him the heave-ho. Needless to say, he's not a happy camper, and said he plans to start his new job hunt immediately.

He won't make the event. So, we're chairless. I can cover whatever duties that are left, unless someone else is dying to..

oh, and Cherry Coke is definitely Yellow_Colorz_PDT_31 Totally don't get the attraction, but, to each their own...

Well, we've got the course map and all the "players" in place. Somebody be sure to print a bunch of copies of the map, and someone will need to take charge of course setup. I'll be rolling in around 8-8:30 to start the safety check. Can help finish setting things up then if necessary.

Major bummer for Carl, that sucks.

Push Harder - Drive as close to the limit of your tires as possible.
Suck Less - Drive something resembling a proper racing line.

I plan to arrive @ 0700 for setup and will be happy to coordinate the course layout.

I will bring 10 copies of the map as well.

Grand bummer about Carl and job loss...hits me as a bit of a reality check.

Sorry guys, Steve said it for me. I haven't driven the car in almost a month and I'm really disappointed, but I know that it's immature to go have fun when I can spend the morning doing my resume and sending it out to some places. I really tried to take care of the event even at the very last minute and I was just un-prepared. I'm not sure how it will turn out but if it sucks, blame me. I'm sorry.

I just printed off 10 copies, too. 20 oughta be plenty. Thanks, Tim.

edit:
Carl, not a problem, no need to apologize. The event will be fine, we'll all have a blast (sorry...) and hopefully something will turn up for you lickety-split! 8)

Darn it. I was totally prepared to handle the awesomeness. Hearing about your situation has put a damper on things for me. It wont be the same without you there. Good luck on the job hunt I hope you find something really soon. If I win my class(hahahahahahahahah......doubtful) I'll dedicate my win to you.

That sucks Carl..... hope the hunt is short for you......

Trailer has been delivered and I noticed last weekend a large tractor or something left us with a nice wide dirt patch to make it through if we drive around the cycle school.

There were some pretty large crowns to the dirt mounds, I took about 10-15mins tonight to try and knock those down a bit.

Now hopefully Kenny won't create new trenches :)
