Will there also be a thread for the Feb 21st autoCross?

If event credits are still being given out, I'll work the course at the novice school again.

Bill - yes. There should

Carl - yes. Courseworkers get 2 credits. This might be a good time for me to point out that you actually have to show up to work the event before you can claim the credits. Which means that you cannot preregister for the 2/21 event with credit from 2/20 - you'd be preregistering with credit you didn't have yet. The only way around this is to plan to sign up on site that morning on the 21st, but then you run the risk of not getting a spot. Otherswise, just plan to wait until March, or later, to use the credits.

Have the course workers always been given 2 credits or is that something new?

I know for sure we did it last year, I don't recall prior to that. Feel free to sort through the old forum threads and find out.

It's ok, I just don't ever remember getting a second one, nor do I remember ever getting an event credit for chairing an event, something else I've also heard was always done.

I guess I'll work the course on Saturday, but I don't the cash to sign up on Sunday. Hopefully it won't be a problem for me to show up the day of.

Anything I can do to get those event credits assigned to me from the events I've chaired?

Assigned? Who else would they belong to?

I show you earned two (from chairing the March and June events), and used one last summer. So you have one more coming to you.

Sweet. Since I'm working the novice school, do I not register like last year (for the novice school) and just show up to work like last year, or is there anything different?

Only students need to register, Carl. If you've PM'd w/ Chris or otherwise gotten confirmation that he has you on the list as a worker, you're good to go.

We're cutting off all volunteers. We have all we need thanks to FAST's great group of members.

Very cool. Looks like the class is filling quick too. Already up to 11 as of this morning. Looking forward to working the event and seeing how it all goes down.
