Who will volunteer to tow the trailer and who's willing to grab supplies?

I don't have a hitch, but I can get supplies. Just tell me what to get...

The trailer needs to be there Saturday morning, early? And stay there until the end of Sunday, right?

If no one else comes forward I can probably tow it. I need to see if Willemina has plans for the SUV on Saturday.

Let me know if you need my services.

I just signed up for the school. Probably going to sign up for the event the following day. Hoping to make some new friends there.

Well you see I don't quite understand how the whole 'class' system works and have a pending mod on my car that if done by the 20th I think it would change my class perhaps? So I have no idea what to register my vehicle as.

Does your car have any of this?...

Code: Select all

    * Any internal engine modification (crank, cams, rods, pistons)
    * Any external engine modification that alters fuel delivery (alternate carb, altered fuel injection, fuel-air ratio adjusters)
    * Any non-factory engine replacement
    * Welded chassis reinforcement, including welded roll bars/cages
    * Alternate or altered springs
    * Altered suspension geometry (relocated pickup points, alternate suspension parts to increase factory alignment adjustment range such as camber kits, camber plates, or slotted strut mounts)
    * Alternate main body panels (doors, hood, trunk lid, fenders, roof panel, windows)
    * Removal of factory interior parts (seats, interior panels)
NO -> Class J
YES -> Continue to next question.

Does your car have forced induction?
NO -> Class E3
YES -> Class E2

Wow that was easy! But, just to clarify -- that was for USAF EP3's '05 Civic. Your car may be different.

Previous help aside, if we figure out your car is classed wrong, it can be changed on-site that morning, or even after the fact...it's good to try to figure it out ahead, but not knowing is no reason to not enter! So register as it is, and if it changes, no problem.

That helps out a lot, thanks. I'm sending out my ECU to Hondata for K-Pro and that'll change my class from 'J' to 'E3' if I get it back in time before the event.

Yeah, I posted up on the Yaris forum. One of the Orlando area guys is coming. Y'all need to watch out... another "mighty Yaris" to contend with!

Just remember, registration closes February 10th. We don't have walk up registration for the novice school, so register online now or get dusted by the people that did.

Just a reminder to students and volunteers. The novice school is run a bit differently than a normal event. Everyone needs to be at SPC no later than 7:30. Please remember that you need to be there between 7:00 and 7:30.

It's nice to see registration is slowly filling up(only 8 spots left as of right now). Just remember that registration closes on the 10th and that there's no walk-up registration for this event.

I look forward to seeing everyone that has previously competed with FAST and meeting everyone that's completely new.
