Can anyone grab marble dust for this event? We get it from Allen's Sporting Goods in Seminole. So, if anyone lives around there and can grab the marble dust, that would be awesome.

When you get there. I'm not putting anyone who hasn't registered down for a job until they actually turn up...been burned too often by no-shows. Applied the same rule to myself for events I waited to register for because I wasn't sure I'd make them.

Right. I'll just settle for not rubbing on the fenders or other suspension components. Probably going to get an alignment done when I have them mounted. I think she needs it anyways.

What happened to the registration email reminders? Here it is, still 9 days before the event which isn't at Brooksville needing an early registration closing, and I find registration closed 36 hours ago!

If y'all want lunch you better make sure to save a spot for me!

The only way you get registration e-mail reminders is if you go on MAE and put the event on your calender. I keep the schedule at least one event ahead of the one currently registering (usually more). Registration for every event opens a month ahead of the event date -- registration for the 28 March event opens 28 February. As far as when registration closes, we set it to a constant 10 days regardless of where it is to avoid confusion ("I thought the next event was at SPC...now registration's closed!"). They always open a month ahead, always close 10 days ahead. Surely responsible adults require no more handholding.

125 ft from the finish lights to the turn...another 25-30 feet to the grass?

150 feet from the finish lights to the edge of the grass. If you can't stop in that distance, you're asleep. Ditto if you can't slow enough to make the turn in 125 feet.

Which reminds me...the Brooksville map needs to be trimmed by 8 blocks on the far end. The crew at the airport setup those parking stops at the last event, assuming that is where they want to restrict us.
