now before the event I need to:
-Get new tires mounted, or get the one with a nail patched (not plugged).
-Replace timing belt, water pump, timing belt tensioner and spring.
-Change oil, filter, install oil pressure and oil temp sending units

Fun times.. or maybe if I don't get that completed I'll just steal Steve's car for my runs, with this Integra I'll technically be running against him anyways :)
Whoa, that's a pretty good list. Good luck.

Thanks for the notification about the opening, Chris. I would have jumped on it if it were not for my plans. I spent money and made a commitment to friends to go diving, so regretfully, it was too late. Have fun and go fast!

Bill -- please confirm you're towing the trailer.

Who has the timer and computer? And who's bringing them, if not the same person?

Anyone have a tally on supplies for Scott? I seem to remember loading a cooler full of water plus about four unbroken cases, plus a cooler or so full of soda and a couple of unbroken twelve packs. No idea on the radio charges or whether we have spare batteries -- Steve? Scott...will you be there early enough for a gas run, or do I need to bring my lawn mower gas with me?

Expect the trailer may be a bit damp inside, although we drained all the water out we could. If the weather cooperates, we'll want to open up all the bins and air them out, too...whoever signed up for trailer unloading has a job. :)

I have the timing equipment. Dried it out and charged the batteries. I will put them in the trailer but I need to know when it is being picked up so they don't sit in there too long. The doors have been open since it was dropped off so it shouldn't be too damp. there are a few cases of water and soda as noted above. I just realized I won't be able to make it, unless there is a last minute change of plans.

Looking forward to seeing you again Dave, been a while! :D

I finally got my friend with his clean S2000 to try his first autocross, maybe you can give him some instruction?

I can pick up the timing equipment tomorrow, (Monday 4/19) afternoon if that's okay? Will the garage and trailer be open?

Sure, as long as he's not driving in the group that I'm running to grab cones in.

I may not be driving anyways, everything but the timing belt stuff is done, going to try to tighten the current belt this week after work, but if that doesn't work I won't be running. Unless Steve really is fine with me stealing his car, I said that jokingly :)

Either way I'll be there though.

:)

There were lots of cases of soda and water after SPC, I'd say just 3 or 4 cases for each and we should be fine.

If we need gas and/or batteries I can make a run.

I wrote:Drinks on hand:

6 cases of water
4 boxed cases of sodas and an entire cooler-full more - looks like a pretty good variety.

We'll only need a little more of both.
It's on page 1 of this thread.

We also have enough batteries, but will likely need another 36 pack for May. I'll just grab them next time I'm at Sam's.

I have the laptop and I will be bringing it, looks like between Brian and Howard we have the other timing equipment covered and most importantly charged!

I think that's about the max we can keep in a cooler with the drinks anyway.

Looking like possibly mid 80's so we may need more at lunch. 5-6 bags is enough for the morning.

That's Pibb Xtra now. Coke slipped in a formula/name change! It was really disappointing. I was digging their "Put it in your head!" campaign.

The change they made to Pibb wasn't nearly as drastic as what they did to 7-Up.
