If you'll be attending with someone who is driving, they should include your name as their guest in their registration.
If you'll be on your own, send an email to info@wedrivefast.com and request to be included as a guest.
Or just register to drive...

Cone withdrawl's taken hold already...25 entries and 10 guests as of the 18th. Those wanting to bring a friend, better sign up soon, because there are only 5 guest spaces left! Timing and starter are popular worker requests, but the pre-reg spaces are claimed...still need help with setup, teardown, tech, and towing the trailer.

Greg, if she wants, we'll make an announcement and try to have folks put the cans in a designated spot. My daughter will not be out this time...

I will tow that trailer. Can I drop off Friday and pick up Sunday? If I drop it Friday can I leave it on the runway, or will we need to park it elsewhere? If I can't leave it on the runway we will need to have the capability to move it on Saturday on and off the runway.

I'll email the airport and seek permission, and clarify the Friday dropoff point. FWIW, if you take it up there late Friday, and we're there Saturday, no problem leaving it on the runway. I'll have to find out about Sunday and if we need to move it or not...I'll post back as soon as I know.

I can help with that. I have a collapsable "garbage can" I use for emptying grass clippings...designed to hold a large garbage bag. I'll bring it and a couple of big bags, and we'll let people know at the drivers meeting to use it for cans. Send me a PM the night before to remind me.

John, Ed, Brian...thanks.

We're full up on guests for now. If after New Year it doesn't look like we'll hit the driver entry limit -- which would be unusual -- we'll reallocate some spaces for more guests, but for now, driver entries only, please.

Still need a couple of people for teardown and tech.
