True, and while they are cheap, and good tires (the ones on my truck are FANTASTIC), are we really saving that much money? I'll still stop by today or tomorrow to get the tire size to see what we'll be looking at price wise. Maybe we can twist Howard's arm to mount them for us?

The tires aren't too big so they can't cost more than about $70

So, are we still on for Saturday, 9am?

Eric's bringing the tow vehicle...

Do we need any cleaning supplies? Repair supplies?

I'll be at Howards by 9am, maybe a tad early since I'll be up and I'm close by. I'll get it pulled out of the garage and setup. Now, I'm not sure if I'll still be there when it's all done, so hopefully Ed is still bringing his truck too.

I guess I'll meet the crew at Harbor Freight on East Bay and shepherd them in. Anyone meeting there, don't be late! 9am needs to be our departure time to get over to Howard's and get started because a few of us need to be out of there by 11am.

I'll be there by nine. As for cleaning supplies, Lysol, stuff for cleaning out the coolers, windex. I'll get that stuff. Will there be access to a broom? Can you think of anything else?

Yeah, we should have a broom in the trailer, if not, I'm sure Howard has one. Thanks for gathering supplies. Hang on to your receipt, Steve or John can reimburse your expenses.

See y'all in the morning!

Probably to late to post, but maybe you guys could see where the window leaks. Looks like it leaks at the bottom somewhere. I'm talking about the window on the counter side.

I'll bring some caulk to put a new bead around the window.

Mission accomplished. Helmets and coolers are clean. Trailer swept.

Tires look okay for now. They're still very fresh-looking as far as the condition of the rubber, they just have a lot of cupping and wear on the outer edges from under-inflation. Pressures are at 40 psi cold today, so we're in good shape. As little as we move the trailer around, I think those tires should be good for another year or so as long as the people towing remember to check the tire pressure when they pick it up.

Cleaned the chalk spreader and put a stop screw in it so that it won't lay a line more than 2" wide. I use it more than anyone else, but it's definitely been annoying trying to keep it from slipping to the 4" setting, which is where it naturally falls. (with 2" lines, we can line a typical course with one bag)

We're going to look into putting a pass-through of some sort next to the window for the timer antenna cable.

We could probably use another medium-sized bin or two. We need one for paper products. Maybe one to replace the wire bins that failed to stay attached to the walls.

Oh, and thanks to Joe for setting this up and for everyone who came out to help. We had about 6 people there, and it made quick work of the whole mess. Started at 9:00, done by 10:30. 8-)

Many hands make light work.

Inventory as I saw it:

68 coke/pepsi
12 "sprite"
35 water

No plastic forks, they needed to be disposed.
No paper towels
Sufficient garbage bags

Safety vests are not present. I know they had been taken for washing after the last event. Just mentioning it here.
