That topic has been discussed, but it's one more worker position to fill, so we're hesitant to commit to it. For now, the sign idea is a good one if Eric wants to oblige.

Nothing like having directions upon entry. Getting to be lots of folks with gamie knees doing this racing stuff who cannot run after cones.
We make every possible effort to assign folks who identify themselves as having physical limitations to duties that fit those limitations. If you're willing to come out early, pre-register early and volunteer for registration or tech. If just running is a problem, there's also setup or teardown. We can still use folks willing to train on the timing system. And as long as we can assign 2-3 people per station, the station captain shouldn't be doing too much running -- although they should be able to get out of the way.

Everyone please note that we adjusted the course to take care of a safety concern -- it's not a huge adjustment, but there's a revised map posted.

OK... just a dumb set of questions from the newbee... :o
What time does the event typically finish?
What time does the final course break down typically end?
Sorry for some very mundain questions but I looked... and can find alot about start time but I was unsuccessful in finding end times :dunno:
Cones fear me... The timing lights, they just laugh.

End times can vary from as early as 2:30-3:00 (very rare these days) to as late as 5-5:30. Usually somewhere in the middle.

For SPC events, a group of us usually head over to Beef O'Brady's for a bite afterward, so if you plan on 6pm or so, you'll have plenty of time for that, too!

Of course, if you've got stuff to do, once you've completed your run group and your regular work assignment, we don't mind if you leave. Going that route, it's rare that you'd have to be there later than about 4pm. If you happen to drive in the first group and get one of the "setup" work assignments, you could be done by noon.

How's that for a "pretzel logic" answer?

Thanks Loren,
I think I have been dealing with the fuzzies for too long that actually made sense.

I've got a question myself??? i plan on showing up as a walk on..I paid for a prior event and was unable to show up due to me having to work. Who do I talk to about being credited for this event.

I will be running in the Street tire class, instead of the Race tire class .. :thumbwink:

Sorry your entry fee bought us some wings at Beef's after the last event. Thanks though, they were delicious.

If you make the walk-on cutoff, just mention it to registration. They'll probably ask me. Remind me what month that was.

Gates open at 7. Arrive early and get your name on the list. Registration (Steve and I) will clear it with Jamie.

I'm going to guess that either Steve didn't get them in time, or for whatever reason wasn't able to post them. Unless he posts them today, we'll just have to fill them out at registration.

Due to some short-notice un-foreseen circumstances, I won't be able to make it tomorrow :(

Jamie or Loren, do you guys know if I can get an event credit for the December event? Registration is closed, so I'm not sure howt to cancel on myautoevents.

Thanks!
