The only other people that need to know in advance is tech. If someone is doing tech you don't want them rolling in at 8:50. Not that it couldn't be done though.

Usually, yes...however, this year it's April 17th. So, for those procrastinators, you can technically do your taxes AFTER the autocross weekend. :hide:

What he said, I was agreeing with the suggestion of cold sandwiches/ something not greasy.
To make up for the lack of grease, be sure to put globs of mayo and mustard on Charles' samich. I hear he really likes that. :P

Would someone be so kind as to volunteer to pick us up a bunch of water and soda and ice? IIRC, there's none of any of it left after the 2 days in March...well, certainly no ice...

Early-birds for this event, aside from Brian and me, will be:
Drew Scoda and Mike Dassatti doing setup.
Tech-dude is Chris Meier.

The rest of y'all get there as early as you can - gate will be manned no later than 9!

Someone with more cargo space than a Miata, ideally.

Shopping list is like 10 or 12 cases of water, 6-8 cases of soda, 60 lbs ice. Am I close?

If absolutely necessary I live close enough now to go shopping and drop everything off early with a larger vehicle and then just run home to get the miata... Let me know if no one else volunteers, call or text me at 727-494-4582.

I'm not going to be there Saturday. If someone wants to come get it, that's fine. But, we've never used it, so someone would have to figure out how to set it up.

FYI, it's wireless and gets its feed directly from the timer. No computer required.

Heh. Matt, you're hired! Please plan to execute your plan using John's shopping list, unless some other kind soul bails you out. It makes no matter to us who, just as long as we get our stuffs. Be sure to bring receipts so we can reimburse! And Cherry Coke seems to be quite popular...
