I would just like to confirm that the trailer will be dropped off on Friday. If there are specific elements people are interested in let me know and I will try to accommodate them. Don't forget water, since this isn't a regular event you are on your own for whatever you want to eat or drink.

Howard, if you want timing, Gerry has the timer and lights. I have the computer. (you don't really need the computer)

Yes, we do want timing. How do I get it from Gerry? The computer would be helpful but not totally necessary.

Okay, so I guess that you do want the trailer there Friday night then? I got clearance for the 14th evening (Sat.), how does the 13th evening look?

Airport has given us until the 10th to submit the entry list.

It is ok to bring the trailer on Friday.

The motorcycles will be there Saturday.

Got it. I didn't see Steve's post in this thread. Where do you want it? The usual place? It has wheels on it now but I am not sure you could push it too far on them.

Looking forward to Saturday, bringing every tool I have. Have to change out the trans mount while I'm there. I will have a full set of Jack stands if anyone needs to use them.

This will be my first time at this location. Is it fairly obvious where the "gate" is? Also, who do I pay and do I need to sign a waiver before hand or can all this be done when I get there? Any other info or restrictions I should be aware of?

Just don't be late or no one will be there to let you through the gate! (Howard stated the gate times somewhere in this thread)

I don't know. That's up to Howard, however many people actually show up, and some simple math. I do know that the $40 fee was slightly padded, so I wouldn't expect the fee to go up to more than $50, if at all.
