I hated to do it, but I cancelled Michele and me for Saturday. I am pretty sure that I am buying a car on Friday, but it won't be here in time. S2? M1? R4?

Two cancellations today, so two slots are open. Registration is open until 10pm tonight.

Yeah, I don't remember who designed that one. :dunno:
IIRC, you did.

Nah, you missed the joke. Chris did. (I helped, but it was primarily Chris)

Whoo hoo, loved this course last time! Super stoked...now I just have to pull out a win. Getting tired of being stuck in second all year. I'm really missing my Michelin PS2s, would 335s (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp ... mpare1=yes) be too much? j/k :rolling:

I feel the same way! This was one of my first four events I believe. I have videos of it including Loren telling me I drive like a drifter after my first or second run. It should be interesting to see how much I have improved, well hopefully improved... :chuckle:

Well, due to technical difficulties with our Rustang (fuel leak), I need to cancel my dad and I (Jim & Alex Ross) for this Saturday's events. We were registered in S3. I thought it could be done online, but I can't find where.

You can't cancel online (or for credit) after registration is closed. It closed last night.

How do I change my car in the registration if it's closed?

If you end up in a different car for the event just let me know on Saturday morning and I can make the appropriate changes in the timing computer. Hope you can still make it.

Unfortunately, another cancel for myself due to sick child.

Will see everyone in 7 months-heading overseas...maybe land of autobahn, maybe land of Timbuktu...

Looks like a fun course too!

Cheers!

I was swapping my tires tonight, and my lug key broke. I had been putting most of my significant weight into it when it quite suddenly snapped and sent me directly into the garage floor. Ouch.

Anyway, without the key I cannot tightern or loosen my autocross lugs. I decided to use my OEM lugs, then remembered why I don't do that. They are too big to fit inside the lug "well" while leaving room for the wrench.

Here I sit with 2 regular wheels and 2 autocross wheels - only one of which is fully tightened. My car is fully immobilized until I can get a new "Key" overnighted - which probbaly means Monday. I won't be at the event tomorrow.

Nuts.

Oh well. In the scheme of things this is only a small problem. See you at the next one.

Eric, Matt, Loren, and Chung, I'm hoping to see some good tight competition in the results tomorrow!
