Tear Down/Load Trailer : Myself, Dave B, ?? , ??

Supplies ?

I'm assuming John will be taking care of registration duties as usual. Don't know if anyone volenteered for tear down duty, but I'd really like to have a couple people assigned to help with that.

Still haven't heard what we need as far as supplies go. I know we will need gas for the genny, and 8 to 10 bags of ice. If I don't get a count on sodas and water I will just pick up 8 cases of water and call it a day.

I have Lunch covered unless someone wants to do something other than pizza, let me know by June 6th, or the pizza order goes in.

I submitted the course to Dave for safety and he gave it a green light, so we're good to go there. There will need to be the usual tweaking in the morning but there shouldn't need to be a lot.
Whether I'm signed up or not, I always help with teardown. :)

I can run the trailer up to Brooksville Friday night if someone else can return it after the event?

We would appreciate being assigned anything other than tear-down. Doug has to leave for work from our house by 6 pm, so the earlier we get home, the better.

Tear-down is not a "regular" work assignment. You'll only get it if you volunteer for it. (and we can never have too many people volunteer to stick around and help out)

Thanks just the same this time, Charles. Brian has the trailer covered. His co-driver Dan is gonna haul it.

Charles, I might have to take you up on your offer, Dan might not be available to tow the trailer Saturday morning, but would be able to tow it back. I'm going to talk to him today and find out.

Whether I'm signed up or not, I always help with teardown. :)
Thanks Gerry !

Got it.

Edit: R4 and M1 are running in the same heat this time, so it won't change your work assignment. That sheet might not get edited. (I edited my copy) The master registration list has been updated, so it will be correct for timing.

I can't talk trash, I might jinx my new tire arrival time. Had to wait WAY too long to pull the trigger. I'm sweating bullets over here.

Hoping these help regardless!
